Avocado Oil is gentle on sensitive, irritated skin as it contains potent phytosterols that can take the fire out of an itch. Rich in vitamins A, B, D, and E; some studies have discovered that avocado can increase collagen in connective tissue which helps keep skin soft and supple. Sterol content in avocado oil is around 10%. Researchers found that avocado oil used for repeated massage hydrated the epidermis and improved skin elasticity.
